Policy Management
Used to calculate Overtime Hours. From the total hours of work after meal deduction, base hours are deducted to get Overtime I. Overtime II can be used if 2 overtime patterns are in use.Facility of giving 4 types of Grace Time like The punch-in time of the grace, The punch- out time of the grace, The punch-in time of shift-time & The punch-out time of shift-time rounding. Rounding Fractions (minutes) can be rounded off to 15 or 30 Minutes.

Timesheet Management
In Timesheet Screen you will get punching details of employees with all the overtime,under time calculations for a period. If you edit time in timesheet that time will be displayed with a * mark. Once you edited one record that will not be changed while you recalculate timesheet with the facility of Add Punch, Edit Punch and Delete Punch.

Recalculate Timesheet
This screen will recalculate the timesheet. If we change the policy or shift for an employee, then you have to give this recalculate timesheet. This will recalculate the timesheet with new changes. This Recalculate Timesheet utility will re-calculate work hours for every employee within the selection range. It is designed to handle the situation of wrong pay policy information being attached to a large group of employees at the time of work hour calculation.
